It is is interesting to see how the tools change over time. It's also interesting to look back at my emails and see how many tools I've signed up to use and have never been back to check them out after signing up!

Thanks for stopping by.

Hi!

It is interesting how 2.0 tools evolve. At one point blogs were the next great way to interact and communicate but with the evolution of tools, Ning and wikis for example, blogs can seem stodgy in comparison. Not that I'm ready to do away with them (still way to many opportunities with blogs), but it is interesting how our view and use of them changes so quickly.

Kimberly, I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures. I love taking them. These were taken with a macro lens. I just bought it last weekend so it's just like a new toy! I love playing with it.

I hope your 3rd blog is the charm for you. I'm on my second right now and am hoping it'll do the trick.

This is a little off topic, but I just had to tell you how beautiful your photos are. Did you use a macro lens? Thanks for sharing them.

@Jan I have to admit I didn't really try to import my ClustrMap. I figured since it was a different address it wouldn't work. I also have to admit I was excited to open my page and see the 5 red dots this morning! According to my Stat Counter the first visitor was from Amherst, MA, about 3 yesterday. I think putting in the first comment is a great house warming present. Thanks for stopping by.

Did the suggestion for the code, that I left in the Edublogs forum, work at all to remove the spaces from the Ning badges? Anyway welcome to Edublogs and glad I add the dot on the map for Western Australia!

And can you import your ClustrMap? I am trying so hard to be the first dot on your new map! I am sure that is not a mature approach to blogging--is it the 2.0 version of bringing a plant to a house warming? Good luck in your new digs, Nedra!
